Booking Terms

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COURSE / WORKSHOP BOOKING

All bookings are subject to the Terms and Conditions below. You are asked to agree and accept them when you book.

Payment | Securing your place

The preferred method of payment is bank transfer (we send you our bank details to make your payment).

On completion of the registration form, to secure your place on the course/workshop, full course/workshop fees are payable by direct bank transfer to the account details provided to you on receipt of your form. If payment is not received after two days your booking may be cancelled as places are limited. Once payment is received you will be sent an email confirming receipt and your place on the course.

A Tracy Burgess art course or workshop is a date specific, unique leisure event. So if you cancel your booking for any reason, refunds will be handled in the following way:

Cancellation

Each course/workshop requires a minimum number of participants for it to run. If this is not met and the course does not go ahead, your booking will be refunded in full.

If for whatever reason you decide to cancel your booking, cancellations must be made in writing by email.

Cancellation of a course up to 14 days before the start of the course will be refunded in full minus a £30 booking handling fee.

Cancellation of a course up to 3 days before the start of the course will be refunded 50% of the course fee paid

PLEASE NOTE: Within 72 hours of the start of a course, unfortunately refunds are not possible.

(The only exception to this is a sudden traumatic change in your personal circumstances, where refunds or part refunds may be given at our discretion)

In the very rare event that a session, workshop or course must be cancelled or postponed by Tracy Burgess (and the new dates are unsuitable), you will be entitled to 100% equivalent refund of the session /workshop /course fees paid, or remaining fees (if the course has already started).

Missed classes and Late bookings

If you are unable to attend a session for whatever reason, unfortunately there is no part-refund for missed classes within the course.

If a late booking is made, after a course has started the course fee may be adjusted to reflect the number of sessions remaining when the booking is made. Please note that acceptance onto a course that has already started is at the sole discretion of Tracy Burgess, and whether places are still available.

Acceptance of all bookings is at the sole discretion of Tracy Burgess.
